Who we are: We are a small, personalized , rental property management company located in the beautiful Rocky Mountain foothills community of Boulder, Colorado. We are family-operated and live within our culturally diverse city of Boulder, specializing in C.U. student housing on The Hill and East Campus.
What can we do for You? Your Boulder Adventure starts here! We are a local company and offer convenient Boulder locations at competitive rental prices, prompt courteous management response (text or call 24/7), and personal guidance throughout your Boulder experience with us. Parent/Student showings available.

Each applicant shall complete and sign our rental application form. (Can download from this site (below) or obtain from management)
Fully Review, Complete and Sign Your Rental Application; One application is required for each lessee. All completed applications for a specific unit must be submitted together, in hard copy, each with a valid picture ID (drivers license).
The Earnest Money Deposit is equivalent to 2 months rent; one half of the deposit is due with your completed rental application(s), payable to "(property address), LLC ". The second half of the deposit is due at the time of your lease signing.
1. Completed and signed application for each resident.
2. Attached hard copy of picture ID (drivers license).
3. One half of your earnest money deposit.
Please wait to hear from management on your application approval. Once approved, you will receive a copy of the lease.
